At this rate I will be a morning person by the end of summer! I woke up this morning at 7:45 and for everyone back home that's technically 8:45 EST. Had a breakfast of cheerios in applesauce and a glass of water. It was more delicious than it sounds, promise. Rachel left for another psych test but the computers at Wilson Hall were down so she had to reschedule for a later date. Did a quick photo shoot of our residence as some readers were asking about it. The place is nothing special but it's relatively clean and safe so no worries. Later today a classmate in the same Syracuse University program as Rachel will be stopping by to drive us to go grocery shopping (yay milk and cereal). Got our first newspaper on the front lawn this morning so we've been picking out bargains, something I have never done before. After grocery shopping when it cools down (relatively speaking, I mean it is Tennessee after all) we've got plans to go jogging.
<<the side door, the one we use the most. On either side our housemate started a vegetable/flower garden
<<Our house>>
<<The back yard, overgrown. Wish I had a lawn mower haha
<<The kitchen (2 fridges b/c the first broke and they didn't take it away when the new one came)>>
<<The sparsely furnished living room>>
<<The bedroom (1 twin bed and 1 full air mattress)

ReplyDelete@Mk, um Memphis is at the southwest corner of Tennessee whereas Nashville is northern Tennessee. We did find an Elvis, I guess I should put up that picture.
