Slow day

Not much to report today, just sat inside and worked on plans for Nashville.  My dear friend Sara B. has recently discovered that the place she is staying includes many fruit trees/bushi including an amazing kumquat bush!  For those who don't know, kumquats were something I was recently introduced to this past year--an important aspect of college--so if you ever get the chance to try one, you should.  Having found what a kumquat bush looks like via google and finding them rather small, I might attempt to grow one of my own this coming year in my closet (shh-don't tell the super inquisitive RA's).  Yay for an endless supply of kumquats!

On a final note, my brother, Paul, has signed some papers and will most likely be off to basic training this summer for his ROTC program.  He isn't told where the basic training will take place until later but it'll probably be someplace interesting enough.  Good luck buddy, it'll be hard going but you'll make it through!
